"Eggless Honey Ginger Victorian Cake" Mouthwatering Heavenly Soulful Vegetarian Recipe

Healthy Eggless Cake for Vegetarian Peoples


4 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
6 Tbsp Honey
300 Gm Flour
170 Gm Sugar
200 Gm Butter
3 Tbsp White Vinegar


We need a preheat oven to 190°C then we sift the Flour & rub with Butter till the mixture is crumbly. Now we add the Ginger Powder, Sugar & Baking Powder. Mix lightly.  Divide into 2 equal parts then add the one part to Vinegar & warm the other park. Add Baking Soda then mix both parts together with a silicon spatula. The milk will start foaming. Add this to the dough very quickly. Mix fast & very well. Add honey & mix well. Transfer to a big square silicon mould. Bake in preheated oven at 190°c for 20 minutes then lower the temperature to 150°c for another 20 minutes. Wait till cool by itself then cut it & enjoy eating it.
