Yummy Recipe of Indian Traditional Dessert "Bengali Rasuglla's"

Tasty Indian Dessert  


4 Liters Milk
4 Cup Sugar
8 Cup Water
10 Tsp Flour { Maida }
5-6 Tbsp Lime Juice
5-6 Tbsp Rose Water


First we boil the milk over a medium heat, stirring occasionally to ensure that the milk doest not burn. When it begins to boil then add the Lime Juice. Mix very well. When the curds begins to separate from the milk , turn off heat. Leave the milk aside for 15-20 minutes to let the crudling process finish. Now we strain the cheese. Wash it well for removing all the lime juice from it then put the cheese in a soft cloth & hang till completely drain. Now put the cheese into a mixing bowl. Knead it till absolutely smooth. Now we sprinkle the flour over the surface of the cheese.

Work it into the cheese to mix thoroughly. it's time to mix the Sugar & water in a pressure cooker. Bring the mixture to a boil. Make sure the cooker is sufficient. While the syrup boils, divide the dough into equal marble sized balls then roll each ball till smooth. Gently add the balls to the sugar syrup. Cover the pressure cooker. Add the cooker weight . Wait for the 1st whistle. Once the 1st whistle blows wait for 10-12 minutes.  Turn off heat & release the steam from the pressure cooker. Allow the dessert to cool. After cool pour Rose Water over it. Store in fridge for 3-4 hours. Dessert is now ready to eat or serve.
